Social Media & Photo

One of the biggest components of new media is leveraging social media. Whether it is sharing updates about a company’s progression or creating copy to reach new audiences, it all matters as much as the last. With my past experience, I have seen results directly come from my knowledge of social media.

On YouTube, I experimented with my account at two different points of the year to test whether momentum was as much of a factor as good content. Clearly, both peaked due to the content I posted, not how much I posted.

On TikTok, I utilized trends and what I understood on other platforms to garner almost 10M views and 1M likes within one year. I understand the strategy necessary to reach these levels and have also done so professionally.

Photography was not always a strong skill of mine. Since picking up my Sony A7IV, I have gotten more practice in when shooting content. Recently, at the Kickback x Philadelphia Union campaign I filmed at, I took time to utilize what i had practice and have included some of those photos below the social posts!

With my past work experiences, I also have developed an understanding of how to represent a brand. Most notably through my time at the Philadelphia Union, I got hands on experience with company accounts to represent the brand. Below, you can find some of those examples.

Kickback Soccer Media Social Campaigns/Strategy

At Kickback Soccer Media, I am a social media manager for our Soccerwise and First Touch pages. I am responsible for strategizing content and posting regularly to each. With Soccerwise, the more engaging of the two, I am responsible for executing MLS content strategy through MLS Preview Videos, Player Interviews, & Brand Partnerships.

Recently, we have secured partnerships with FIFA Road to 2026 and Youth Soccer Central on Instagram. For FIFA Road to 2026, we have a campaign occurring every week leading up to the Brazil vs France match in Boston, MA, in March. We are buying advertising space through social media channels, giving away free tickets, and planning content shoots for the game. With Youth Soccer Central, it is a more relaxed campaign focusing on highlighting youth talent across the country. Either through scripted video content or player interviews, collaboration between both pages has seen engagement increase after we launched the Kickback brands in December. As of February 20, 2026, we have gained 500k+ impressions in a 28-day cycle.

Below, you can find specific video examples of the content I produced, scripted, and/or edited. Using Notion, we can schedule content weeks in advance to ensure all projects and partnership collabs are fulfilled with proper content reviews. Along with Google Workspaces, projects are swiftly shared between Kickback and our external partners with clear communication throughout.

D.C. United has done it! They've secured the Wooden Spoon as the worst team in MLS in 2025! This is a trophy secured by a club culture set from the top down. With the entire scouting department let go by a new Managing Director, we may be witnessing a true dynasty forming in D.C.
