One of the biggest components of new media is leveraging social media. Whether it is sharing updates about a company’s progression or creating copy to reach new audiences, it all matters as much as the last. With my past experience, I have seen results directly come from my knowledge of social media.
On YouTube, I experimented with my account at two different points of the year to test whether momentum was as much of a factor as good content. Clearly, both peaked due to the content I posted, not how much I posted.
On TikTok, I utilized trends and what I understood on other platforms to garner almost 10M views and 1M likes within one year. I understand the strategy necessary to reach these levels and have also done so professionally.

With my past work experiences, I also have developed an understanding of how to represent a brand. Most notably through my time at the Philadelphia Union, I got hands on experience with company accounts to represent the brand. Below, you can find some of those examples.
